Innovative Solutions

Clinician-Led Innovation
CascadeMed.tech was co-founded by two practising surgeons who believe that true medical innovation begins at the bedside. Our work is grounded in frontline clinical and academic experience, ensuring the medical devices we develop addresses real, unmet needs in patient care.


We’re currently developing a suite of medical devices across multiple specialties. While these projects are in stealth mode, they represent our commitment to delivering practical, impactful technologies to improve outcomes and workflows.

Our founders have been inducted into the Worshipful company of Needlemakers as freeman of the City of London. The Needlemakers supported cascade with our first grant to develop initial prototypes.
